ABOUT THE AUTHOR
My name is Yvette Swartz. After losing my husband , I discovered that I was a victim of narcissistic abuse and childhood trauma. I was married for 24 years and had no clue I was in a narcissistic relationship nor that I had childhood trauma.
At this point I dived deep in to educating myself on narcissistic abuse and childhood trauma. I then began healing my wounds as trauma has a huge impact on one's self-esteem. My healing journey has led me to share and equip woman who had gone through Narcissistic Abuse, Toxic Relationships, Emotional Healing and Self- Empowerment and more.
My sole purpose in life is to inspire and encourage every woman to reclaim their power over their life and start living the life God had ordained for them. My passion to help others has become my purpose in life and I am determined and dedicated to empowering women who have been hurt and heal the broken hearted by sharing my personal jouney and experience with you.
